Davisther Brokers Limited is a NATIONAL INSURANCE COMMISSION (NAICOM) registered insurance broking firm that specializes in providing professional risk management, insurance, reinsurance broking services and advisory services. Davisther Brokers Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company on the 30th of August 1990 to engage in the business of risk management and insurance broking. The original name at inception was Corporate Bond Insurance Brokers. On the successful change of ownership and name, the National Insurance Commission re-issued the company with an operating license on the 15th of February 2000 with registration number RBC-305 as Davisther Brokers Limited.Currently the authorized share capital of the company is N200million with N100million fully paid-up and backed with a professional indemnity cover of N750,000,000.00 in conformity with the provision of the Insurance Act of 2003.
